1. Free-to-Play Game

Kemetion is 100% free to play. You can download, install, and enjoy the full game without spending any money. No payment information is required to play.

This Refund Policy applies only to optional cosmetic purchases (virtual skins and badges) made through the app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

2. What Can Be Purchased

Kemetion offers optional cosmetic items for purchase:

Important: All virtual items are for cosmetic/entertainment purposes only. They provide no competitive advantage, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Accidental or unauthorized purchases (reported within 48 hours).
  • Technical issues where the purchased item was not delivered to your account.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error.

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (unless required by applicable law).
  • Items that have been used or applied to your account.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with the appearance of a cosmetic item after preview was available.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (via the app store).
  • Refunded virtual items will be removed from your account.
  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

6. No Real Money Withdrawals

Kemetion does not offer real-money withdrawals. Glory Points, badges, and other virtual items earned through gameplay have no monetary value and cannot be "cashed out" or converted to real money under any circumstances. This refund policy applies only to optional cosmetic purchases made with real money through app stores.
